A dynamic wine with deep aromas of raspberry, steeped dark plum, dark chocolate, and a hint of red licorice. A juicy mouthfeel gives way to dark fruit flavors that enrich the mid-palate while a harmony between its lively acidity and medium-grained tannins offer a long-lasting finish. 

This was an excellent vintage that grew a bountiful crop with great structure. The March miracle left the soil with plenty of moisture to support the plants through the end of May. The long, warm summer saw very few extreme heat events, allowing fruit to set the stage for vibrant and expressive flavors. The long, relatively mild finish to the season helped preserve the freshness and finesse with abundant hang time providing great color and soft tannins.
